StreamingFamous provides music promotion services for the Spotify platform. We facilitate organic promotion through playlist placement, targeted campaigns, and social media promotion to help artists increase their Spotify metrics including plays, followers, saves, and monthly listeners.

We do not guarantee specific results, Spotify algorithmic placement, or chart positions. Results vary based on content quality, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal right to promote the content you submit and that the content does not violate any third-party rights.

• All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, SOL, TRX).
• Prices are displayed in USD and converted to the selected cryptocurrency at the time of order using real-time exchange rates.
• You have a 30-minute window to complete payment after placing an order.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Please verify all details before sending payment.
• Orders are processed after payment confirmation on the blockchain. Confirmation times vary by network.

Most orders begin processing within 1-12 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery is gradual to maintain a natural growth pattern. Delivery times may vary based on order size, current demand, and service availability.

We provide order tracking via email and your unique order status page. You will receive email notifications when your order is confirmed, in progress, and completed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal content.
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Service or its systems.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

StreamingFamous is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Spotify AB or any of its subsidiaries.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamingFamous shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall first be addressed through our contact form. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 30 business days.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
