Refund Policy

All payments on StreamingFamous are processed via cryptocurrency. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. Unlike credit card payments, crypto transactions cannot be charged back or reversed by any party.

Please verify your order details carefully before sending payment. Once a cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the payment cannot be undone.

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

• Non-delivery — your order was not started within 72 hours of confirmed payment.
• Significant under-delivery — less than 50% of the ordered quantity was delivered within the expected timeframe.
• Service error — we delivered to the wrong URL or applied the wrong service to your order due to our error.

Refunds are not available for:

• Orders that have been fully delivered as described.
• Minor variations in delivery count (within 10% of ordered quantity) — natural fluctuations in metrics are expected.
• Drops in metrics after delivery due to Spotify's internal algorithms or account changes.
• Change of mind after payment has been sent.
• Expired orders where payment was not sent within the 30-minute window.
• Orders where the Spotify URL was removed, made private, or taken down by the content owner.

To request a refund:

1. Contact us via our contact form or email [email protected].
2. Include your order ID (found in your confirmation email).
3. Describe the issue and why you believe a refund is warranted.
4. Provide the cryptocurrency wallet address where you'd like to receive the refund (must be on the same network as your original payment).

• We review all refund requests within 3 business days.
• If approved, refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment.
• Refund amounts are based on the USD value at the time of the original order, not current exchange rates.
• Blockchain transaction fees for the refund are deducted from the refund amount.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

For orders that were partially delivered, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion. For example, if 60% of your order was delivered, you may receive a refund for the remaining 40%.
